Success requires VISION In A Home Based Business

Vision is a word we use regularly without much thought as it describes several things. In a home based business, if one truly wants to earn a freedom income, one needs an empowering vision, a clear and defined “mission” of where one wants to go. A REASON to drive oneself through adversity. People with vision become leaders as people want to follow those who know where they are going.

One of a leader’s main tasks is to learn how to share their vision with others in a way that empowers them to build their own vision or join the leader’s vision.

Let me try to explain.

My parents divorced in the mid sixties. I lived with Mom who had to go to work to support my brother and I. Thus I became a “latch-key” kid as Mom worked many hours every week. In those times, in our neighborhood, I was actually the only kid I knew that came from a broken home. Mom made great money as a salesperson but wasn’t around much to do the things Moms like to do as she was always working.

Today, part of my overall vision in my own home business opportunity is to help single Moms be there and spend quality times with their children without the strains of working a job of so many hours like my Mom did. I look for them and do all I can to help them.

Part of my desire to earn a significant income is to be able to reward those single Moms who are at the beginning stages of success with a pre-paid ticket to my little piece of paradise and spend five or six days with them, nurturing their dreams, taking them Killer Whale watching, salmon fishing, Bald Eagle watching and even seeing a few grizzly bears from a distance. (I live on North Vancouver Island in beautiful British Columbia.) Mostly I want to help build their own self-confidence that they can achieve their own freedom income as well.

Because of my past, this is a deep seated vision and one many on my team want to help me achieve.

I have other dreams as well but they are all part of a larger vision I am creating for our family and those on my team.
